Actually, it didn't come with the cd, haha. I need 4 because it'* the only one that'* compatible with the v3x

you dont need Moto phone tools......there are drivers and media software over at
http://motomodders.net/ if you decide to go and get the tools and need some help pm me and I can walk you through it.....pretty simple

Ok, I've been playing around with the site above, and some other things, and I still haven't gotten it to work . It'* got all the OHBF pics on it, too. I think I'm gonna break down and just buy the damn cd. If anyone else has any ideas, my problem is the driver; it thinks the phone is a modem. It'* weird.

There are a few drivers, one to charge via USB, one to use it as a modem, and one to do file transfers.
I got my copy through handago, originally bought some Motorola OEM accessories off ebay, and they came with MPT on a CD-R with a bad label (it was cracked too) so I just went and bought it online @ handago.

Well I said if you needed help to PM me but here is a full walk through for your phone if you have any other ?'* feel free to ask....
