What are you guys doing that they are ruining paint? Seriously...

Mine is on for the school year because I drive home from college every weekend. Every two to three weeks and do a few things. I wash my car, and the bra on both sides. I let both dry completely. While washing, I check to make sure the water is beading really well on my hood and front bumper. I was told it was important to keep a thick coat of wax on there. During the winter months, its not sunny around here, so I have no fear of the paint fading. Even so, according to the manufacturer, the bra allows UV rays to penetrate it; therefore, the paint should fade at the same rate.

With that said, seeing how rough of shape my bra is in, I am glad all that junk didn't hit my front bumper.

I've heard alot of horror stoies from people who have used them, but on the other hand I'v heard from and know plenty of people that use them with no ill effects. I think as already stated it comes down to how you take care of your hood.

With all the highway driving my wife does I plan on getting the hood bra for the Grand Cherokee, but the hood will recieve proper waxing and cleaning.

Now if only Victoria Secret would make a line..........
