What did you do with your car/truck or shop today? V3.0

Brian do you also use their dics/ rotors as well?
I am going to have to find something else beside Raybestos Pro grade rotors.
They both needed to hit the lathe @ 30K miles and the passenger side had a slight warp to it.
Got them to within 10,000th left after turning. For what ever reason the top edge of rotor was out in both of them.

With the new Ideal Semi-metallics they now stop the car well.
The Raybestos rotors & pads were both new and it'* hard to see in photo but they are both a bit chewed up and slightly glazed.
Lets put it this way, the main braking area/surface were smooth as glass to touch, friction not included anymore...really.

Anyways, I did rescue the Raybestos rotors here is what they look now now after turning with new pads back on.

Before I installed the tires again, the inside of the rims were washed with SOS pads & rim cleaner.
Who knew they were actually painted white inside....

Also after 100 miles on highway (bleeding & filling after upper rad hose replacement as well) I re-torqued the lugs then put the center caps back on.

Yes I used Wagner rotors the last time as well. They still looked good when the car got hauled away. As usual the cap started to surface rust, but I don't think I've seen any non-powdercoated ones that didn't.

I forgot how small the rear brake pads are on the Pk Ave.
Seem like they should be for a mini or something LOL.
Going to do the rear brakes hopefully next weekend with new semi-metallic as well.

Today I Vacuumed the interior of the Pk Ave.
Found 4 dollars in coins & french fries under the seat! LOL

Haven't done too much to it lately. Took the plasti dip off the wheels, and added a few go fast stickers haha. Picked up a couple cans of paint the other day to redo my wheels permanently this time. Just waiting for a day off that its actually nice haha.
I've been busy with work, and having computer troubles. Don't really have as much "down time" as I used to.

Ya me too I think I am due for 2 cases this weekend....
On top of my work week I had an abscessed top rear molar I had to get pulled.
I looked like a chipmunk on steroids ..LOL.. Good thing it only hurts until the beer flows!...
Anyways, here is what I got done to the Buick Today. Nice to have new rear brakes.
Not so nice that I need to do the oil pan gasket again..that sucks.
Oh all that dirt trapped in the perch should be cleaned out. It can drop into or between pads.
