jwfirebird has a reputation beyond repute

the closer you stay to the limit the better the mileage. especially if there is a head wind.

Anything over 55mph your fuel economy starts to suffer.

Normally I don't care for stickers on cars. I saw one like this today and it really go my attention. So I made one at home and stuck it on. Thoughts?

That looks like the typical mid 90'* GM primer failure with white cars. Looks just like my 95 Bonneville did when the paint started to flake off.
