Back when Azteks were in production, Tim Horton'* (Canada'* version of Starbucks) had a roll-up-the-rim promotion where you could win prizes, up to a brand new Pontiac Aztek. The joke at GM design center was they couldn't sell Aztek'* in the US, and in Canada they gave them away with a cup of coffee.

Sarah, big sexy looks good!
I remember that! You couldn't pay me to drive one of those, heck I'm embarrassed to drive them from the parking lot into the shop.

I took my Park Ave in for a long overdue alignment today, after replacing the rear struts, and the front outer/inner tie rods, it had gotten pretty off.
A lot of wobble I felt in the left front has diminished, but I can still feel the wobble a tiny bit, it is due to problems with the belts in these cheap Viva 2 Walmart crappy tires.

Wow surprised the front of that car didn't bounce you off the road with the toe being in 3 degrees! LOL. Today I did a safety check, some brakes, wheel bearing, and started the transmission swap in the Aztek so I'll finish that off tomorrow.

I counted the threads, and even measured my old outer tie rods to inner tie rod nut, but still I was a good bit off.

I had a dilemma today while working on the GP. Yes I acctually worked it today. There are 12 bolts that hold the headers and heat sheilds on. This particular bolt bolts into the heads.

^ There are 12 of those for the headers. I broke 9 of them while removing them. They were old and rusty. No surprises there.
I bought a fully threaded stud x12 and 24 nuts for these.
In the end of the bolt there is a Allen wrench. That way I can get it tight into the head.
