What did you do with your car/truck or shop today?

Took the Blazer in for an inspection and front end alignment. Passed inspection, but he couldn't do the alignment. He said the 2 lower ball joints and idler arm was bad.
Ball joints were easy to swap out, that damn idler arm is sure a PITA. Had to remove most of the smog pump to get to the 2 bolts on the frame.
Now I have an ABS light on. Hmmm, which wire did I break now?

Just got the last of the parts delivered to get my suspension completely re-done.
Front LCAs, and rear uppers. Going into the shop next week to have them all replaced and the whole thing 4 wheel aligned. The drivers rear upper took a big hit. Its bent pretty bad, so the car really doesn't want to go straight without a lot of input. The tire had a nice chunk of tread taken out as well, so that got replaced.
Stupid lower passenger side LCAs were on national backorder, even through Rock Auto. Just came FedEx about 10 minutes ago. Yippee. Tons of parts.
Only car guys get excited about a porch full of new car parts.
This car should handle on rails when everything is said and done!
Not many Buicks you can say that about!

I washed, waxed, and paint sealed the Park Ave today. Also washed the windows, both inside and out, de-greased the engine (not that there was much grease on a 67k engine), put air in the tires, filled the tank up (UGH!! $52!) and she'* all ready to go.
