The temp got up to 40 degrees today and it'* been raining since 1pm.
I took a look at a Dodge for a friend of a friend. I told that person that the hot/cold switch is probably bad because they had no heat and I didn't hear anything move. Plus the A/C compressor was kicking on even with the temp. set all the way to hot.
Now, I'm going to go out to my garage. Either do some body work on my truck or drop the diesel tank in the Bonnie and clean it out plus put an aftermarket fuel level sender in it.

Tried to see if there was some method of knocking the dents out of my Olds so that it doesn't scrape the tire when you go over bumps. Decided it wasn't possible.
Helped my father top off the tranny fluid in his 97 Taurus.
Car shopped to replace the Olds. Being oddly attracted to a 99 42k mile Intrigue in MINT shape for a damn good price, yet still wanting to find that diamond-in-the-rough LSS.

I have never driven one.
I'm considering making an appointment to see it next week, and if I like it, dropping the hammer on it.
42k miles is next to new, and its simply too great of a price to pass up. I'll end up with extra money after they total out the 88...

Still car shopping.
That Intrigue is gone.
Good thing the General made so many cars that are 97-02, 4 door, V6 powered, and dirt cheap even with low miles.
I am trying to find an LH (Intrepid, Concorde, 300M) for that cheap and its impossible.

I had to 2 feet of rubber hose and hook it to my transfer pump. Then I tried to drain the fuel tank on the Bonneville and got nothing out of it. I didn't even get any fuel on the hose. Knocked on the tank sounded like it still had fuel. I dropped the tank and it probably has at least 20 gallons still in it. The tank holds around 27 gallons.
I shined a mag light inside the tank. The fuel had a blueish haze. Fuel was red probably because of some of it is offroad diesel and 911 stuff I dumped in years ago, but I didn't see any algae. The strainer was black. Autozone tried telling it does have one. What a joke.
Now, I have to figure out why the fuel gauge didn't work and put 2 new rubber fuel hoses on.

I got to play in the show with the 4x4. Ya, I love 4WD
I didn't even know I had a plow on my truck. I thought it was the bumper.
I also did some playing. The back driveway.
More back driveway.
This is the other back driveway.
My wifes driveway. Ya, we each have our own driveways, is that a problem?
