So today at work i called the Support line for corporate support for a HP4250 laser jet...
I Used to Get someone in the USA all the time. Now it sounds like they switch that to India... yay....
Now for the Dumb endless pointless trouble shooting that goes now where and just makes people made...
Been 15min... still have gotten nowhere...

Good luck. I hate calling support for anything.
I have had some bad experiences with HP in the past.
Last time, though, my wife called and she was very pleased.
I do hate when you get a call center in India.

I once called tech-support for Verizon business DSL.
I was asking if they would provide a receiver for the wireless internet we already have in place. I brought in a new desk top and wanted to be able to receive the signal.
After being on hold for some time, she came back and told me to go to WalMart and buy a longer cord.
At that point I just thanked her and hung up.

I absolutely love calling Dell support for one of my corp clients. Got an American chick I call or email in Gold support. All I need to do is give her the express code # and phone # of my client and close the ticket. She takes care of everything.

Dell has the best support by far If you purchase a Dimension desk top or laptop. or now the XPS I have a direct line to Edmonton since there trained on the Dimension and XPS systems.

I am sorry Apple support is the best hands down! Especially if you have Applecare. They sent me a BRAND new computer top of the line at the time because I was having a harddrive issue.
