Looking good! Can definately tell a difference. I'm sure you can feel it too. I know I can feel the extra 30ish pounds that I put on in college. So I am sure losing 50 makes a world of difference for everything/anything that you do.

Uh Wow. Please make sure you get all your vitamins and such. Good job. Isnt it amazing what losing weight can do for your self esteem, etc etc etc. Feels good doesnt it.
How has the stomach been feeling? Im studying to be a nurse if you have any questions about any of the drugs your taking ( if you are) I have a drug book.

hmm, i think i have to wait till im 18 or over to do that surgery...but otherwise i think im eligble...6'1'' 295 lbs...i dont feel that big and im as heathy as a horse, but im still young, so i guess i can lose it naturally or do that...
