Default time to say good bye

well it is that time the SE is going to a new home without me
i have a friend that is about my age and his van blew the trany and left him looking for a way to his cardiologest and how to get the wife to work

he is the type to throw partys on a order that is not legal for a privat person lol and i'm always broke but have to go because he tells me i have to so i do just to hang out and what not he is one of the good ones that we all know and would do anything for anyone on the drop of a hat this is my way to say thanks and besides now i get to start looking for a 2k + SSEi lol

So let me see if I understood this right?

The transmission in your friends van died so you decided to give him your SE in order to allow him to get to his Cardiologist (or become one, I am not sure) and also get his wife to and from work. You came to this decision because he is someone who is always helping other people out and it'* your way of saying thank you for everything he has done to help you in the past.

The part about the parties I couldn't decipher but I think I got the idea behind your message.

Giving him your car was a very admirable thing to do, the world needs more friends like you.
