Rest in peace, soldier.
Props to you, Chad... wish it didn't happen.
Didn't know, him but from his posts he seemed like a great guy. Although someday we will meet in Heaven, so I can make up for it then.

This is incredibly shocking, I always looked at his posts and enjoyed what he gave to the community...
Such a tragedy... :(
He was such a great person, it'* hard to believe people can just go away like this...

I got a phone call that this happened.... Even though I barely knew Chad, it still put me in a sort of shock that just makes one turn numb. I don't even know how to quite end this post. I think I'll leave it at that.

I just now read this. I didn't know Chad very well but did have one conversation with him on this forum when he was posting about a fellow serviceman that had been killed. My heart goes out to him and his family. No words can help this situation, only time. He died protecting OUR privilage to safely eat, sleep, play with our kids in our front yards, and so on. R.I.P. soldier, and thank you for your service.

OMG I just read this and my heart dropped, Godspeed Chad. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones, what a horrible holiday it must have been for them.
