Yeah, that'* pretty much what my brother did. Bought his first BMW, but kept his 1993 Nissan Maxima GXE (he calls the money-pit) for his commuting to work, and drives the BMW (currently a 02 330ci -black 4 dr with yucky auto) on weekends and special occasions -or whenever he damn well feels like being a classy bastard. 
BMW sure does have some freakin sexy cars. I especially want a 5 series convertable in ice or electric blue with some 18" chrome luv'*.
