some nerve
one of my guys hauled four cars in today ..i only got receipts for 3 said that the other one flew off his dash board and out the window as he rolled it down to vent his cigarette smoke..Well like said i got 3 of four receipts he told me that he got 250 and some change for it and thats what he handed me.I said ''okay thats fine ill write one up for myself no big deal..well the next day i called the place he hauled it to to get a receipt from them(for my police/personal log books)they said no problem come on in so i went in he gave me the info come to find out thay paid 400 for the car...and i got 250..kind of missing about 150 bucks huh..so i went back to the shop..as we just talked and he said he was still there working on his truck..i went down there told him to finish his truck and get the f*&* out of my shop and that he was fired..he simply asked ''why''.I held up the reprint from the salvage yard..he got that look of fear and oh **** i'm caught in his eye..i then proceeded to ask him why he stole from me..claimed that his power was about to get shut off..i call b.*. as i pay him pretty damn good..and if he was really needing the extra cash he could have asked me for a pay advance or w/e..so anyways i grabbed my tools off his truck slammed the hood opened the door and told him he had 30 seconds to be out of my sight...jumped in it and was Gone...im so hot right now i never understood why people who make good money steal or people that steal in general...i'm glad my brother is back now he can get back to work so i'm not really down a guy..regardless im still pissed

I've seen people loose there job over a socket. One clown up to the north of me, not where I work. Stole a extension cord. A coworker saw him do it. The coworker ended up dead. He threw his body in to a huge vat of paper pulp. He killed a man, and threw his life away for a extension cord.

That sucks, but $150 is a small price to pay to learn someones true character. Also, if he'* ever dumb enough to use you as a reference, that won't go well for him.
