Looks like I will be keeping XP for now after your comments. Currently my computer is capable of upgrading to Vista Home Premium, which is the version I had plan on upgrading to in the future anyway. But I don't have the money or the urge to go buy it now and this came free to my door.

I said no because of what you computer has... like said before, you need mega amounts of ram and a good video card.
i have a decient video card and 2 GB or ram and my brand new laptop is still middle of the road as far as vista goes.
I do think Vista is a cool OS, but its SOOO picky and not compatible with so many things...
