should I get the tabs now or later?
My Bonneville has been parked since September 2006, and it has September 2006 tabs on it. Tabs are $109 on it, and I plan on starting to drive it this month. Do I buy tabs right now, and waste $109 on having current tabs for 1 month, and then have to buy new ones right away, or do I wait until October 1 so I can buy 2008 tabs, and just skip the 2007 tabs entirely. How much is the ticket for non-current tabs?
or do I just skip driving it until Oct?

I don't think you will have to pay for the whole year....I think you just have to pay for like the two months, and then the next year. That wouldn't make any sense for you to have to wait till october for 08 tabs, since yours expire in sept.

Have you bought tabs for this car before? (you change cars so often, it'* hard to remember). If not, every time I've registered a "new" car the tabsa were good for a year from then, not from whatever'* on the car
