Man, that hurst. I had a Tandy 1000TL, a 286 with 640k RAM, no hard drive, a CGA 4 color monitor, and a 9 pin dot matrix printer. Bought that brand new for $4500 back in 1987. Man, what I spent on computer back then.

I worked at Radio Shack back in those days and sold those suckers! Tandy 1000TL computers were actuallt the ones we used as POS systems in RS during those times.
It took 30 plus minutes to do our books on those systems. Today it takes about 5 minutes, 3 of which is me physically counting the cash. (Only now I work for Circuit City, not RS).
