all i have to say is wow, i remember when a friends mom had one of those like 10 years ago and i thought she was the coolest mom on the block. funny how things change.

4 drive to verizon store and get a useful phone for free

I doubt anyone will even activate that phone. It should still be able to make 911 calls though.

No major provider activates Analog phones anymore.

The analog networks are scheduled to be shut down at the end of this year, hence the problem with onstar cars loosing their service at that time because the older models are analog only.

yeah, i remember my friend'* '89 XJ6 has the original carphone in it, haha, that thing was fun to play with. used to make all kinds of sounds and stuff lmao. oh well.
