Avoid blocking the right-hand turn lane?
so i gues that would be a NO for this one too....
Use your horn sparingly around pedestrians, at night, around hospitals, etc.?

I was rated fair driver. The ones I said no to and why:
I said no. Typically I won't block it, but if the person is being a jack *** and going way over the limit, tailgating me really close, etc..., and if I'm in the right mood, I'll sometimes not allow them to pass. 99% of the time I'm going at least the speed limit, so there really isn't that much need to pass.
Most of the time yes. However if they pull out right in front of me and then go like half the speed limit I typically get pretty pissed and cut them off.
I come to pretty much a complete stop. I don't roll through them at like 5mph, but I don't let the car stop enough that the weight transfers. I am usually going like maybe 1mph through them. Definately slow enough that at idle if I dump the clutch the car stalls.
Yes, in anything less than good weather. In good weather, on rare occasions, I will go significantly faster than "appropriate" speeds. In my normal driving and not just tuning the car or racing or something like that, I do maintain appropriate speeds.
Come on guys. I drive a Trans Am or a car that says "Turbo" on the side in big letters, of course I challenge other drivers.
Although I'd like to not have to, I typically come home from school after class. Since I go to class from midnight to 6:30am, while I'm driving home from 7-10ish I'm usually pretty tired. Other than that I don't.
I can understand why they say fair, but typically I am a pretty good driver IMO.
Shawn
Avoid blocking passing lanes?
Provide appropriate distance when cutting in after passing vehicles?
Come to a complete stop at stop signs, before right turn on red, etc.?
Maintain speeds appropriate for conditions?
Avoid challenging other drivers?
Avoid driving when drowsy?
I can understand why they say fair, but typically I am a pretty good driver IMO.

They should have a question about running people off the road.
[rant] ********* in Civics shouldn't be allowed to drive in rush hour and not let me over. But if they do they should at least be man enough to look at me instead of snickering with their friends. And at last resort when they go to speed up so I can't get in front of them, at least read "supercharged" on my door first. [/rant]
