Revenge is a beutiful thing....
unless you are on the receiving end of it.
well, here is the story:
second interview at Walmart today to be a tire and lube technician. i got offered the job. so then i cruise over to my current place of employment to give them a heads up as to what is going on. upon leaving the place, a couple of coworkers coaxed me to perform unspeakable acts in the empty dirt lot that is infront of the store. i was pretty happy, so i readily agreed. first try, get going a little, hit the ebrake, slide around a little. i go back, they tell me to do some donuts. i did one, then stopped <about to encounter an obsticle> then went in for another, hit the ebrake at the end and slid the car where i wanted it, then went back in. the guys then told me how to do them right <get a run, cut the wheel, mash the gas, etc>. i did. went in, cut the wheel, stomped the gas, got the tires going real good <well, one for that matter> and let her rip. coming around for #2, i couldnt see anything <because of the dust> and was hoping not to hit anything. came back in after #2 because the car had said that it had enough. then i parked, got out, and watched as the dust cleared <moved over to where i was standing would be a better description>. after watching the guys reaction, i looked over my car to see how much dirt was on it now, and then i saw it, blood! my car was bleeding! i popped the hood, and saw that the tranny cooler line had been cut by the A\C compressor pulley <bad motor mounts + only one radiator mount>. so i decided my day was over, and went home. car made it home with no problems. i then go to autozone with my dad <who is working on the water pump in the taurus> and get the clay epoxy and 1 qt of tranny fluid. i then start on it when i got back. stuck the keys on the battery, which then fell off, and are stuck on the frame of the car, and now i have to unbolt the radiator and pull it out some, so i can get to the tranny line and fix it. that is what i love about this car, it talks to me, and kicks my butt when i do something stupid. and i figure, it coulda been worse, but i guess she is giving me a chance to learn my lesson this time
Clay epoxy: $4.79
1 qt of tranny fluid: $1.29
Showing the world what a tempo can really do: Priceless
The tempo getting back at you for beating on it in such shameless manner: Payback, In full

*waxes philisophical*
be good to the car my son, and it will be good to you....even if it is a Ford.
*unwaxes*
that does sound kinda funny though, but seriously, extreme car abuse is just not fun all the time.

Re: Car revenge
When I cuss at mine for giving me hell she returns the favor by setting off the security key function and locking out my ignition for 3 minutes, OR I'm notorious for setting the keys between the trunk lid and the back window and shutting them inside. oh well, Bonnevilles can be classy ladies one minute, and raving bitches the next. :P

---Update---
Finally had time and daylight today to work on it. the day it happened, i put clay epoxy on it, hoping it would seal. i came back to it today to give the epoxy time to set, and remounted the radiator <but not the cooling fan, thats the hardest part> and started it up. and much to my dismay, there it was, pouring out more tranny fluid. so, now i gotta take off the top radiator hose, unbolt the radiator, and pull the radiator out some to get to the tranny line and try and epoxy it right. wish me luck.
Round 2
