Well, being active duty Military I of course got the day off. Well, would have had I not already been on leave here in Missouri. I attended a Veteran'* Day ceremony at the High School I graduated from. It was awesome to be around the Vet'* from past wars. It was also a little different to have so many people thanking me for what I do.

my grandfather was in ww2, and please dont laugh because its entirely true, he was carrying back an injured friend out of battle and was hit it the rear, yes just like forrest gump, but he kept on running and ended up saving his friend, going home, and getting some kind of metal of honor or something of the sort and so i went to thank him for his services even though i see him all the time and he lives in the same town as me, so when ever i see an armed forces soldier i always thank them for their service to this great country even though i dont know them, they deserve is, espically since my best friend since we were 6 months old just came out of the marines as a, pardon my french, a bad *** sniper, and i worry bout him, but if ur in the marines i would think you can handle your self lol, does anyone here know anyone personaly that is in any armed forces, army, marines, navy seals etc? and if you do please thank them for me for their service to this country, thank you.
And of course if your in the armed forces yourself, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your service to keep this country safe and preserve our way of life, thank you
