RAM fo' sale
hey dudes and dudettes, im gonna be upgrading my computer pretty soon. ill have a 128 MB stick that i dont know what to do with. it would fit a Dell Dimension 2300 like a glove and im sure other models wouldnt be a problem.heres some facts and whatnot
128 MB
PC133 SDRAM
non-parity
unbuffered
sorry but i dont know the CAS latency
i would probly ask around 15 bucks or so for it. new ones of the same type are close to 30 when you factor in shipping. if your a serious gamer this probly isnt gonna help your computer much. but it would give it a little more cajones.

Hey i'm interested! My macintosh MP3 boix couldn't hurt from adding 128 to it'* paltry 64. It uses 168 pin sdram slots, i think it'* a pc66 or so but 133 is fine. It'* no match for my RDRAM, but hey... If i can find a PCI video card then i'll do OSX again.

well allright then. ill let you know whenever i get mine upgraded. im replacing the 128 with a 512. but thats gonna run me about 80 clams. so it could be awhile. sadly it may have to wait till Christmas. but i wanted to give my Bonnevile brethren first dibs.
are you having trouble finding PCI cards? theres absolutely multitudes of them. even i have one. GeForce 4 Mx 420. its kinda gettin old but hey it was free.

Well it has to work with a Mac, which means it needs a special setup. the OS9 VNC i'm trying to use is crap, and linux is a lot of work, and time i don't have too much of now, and OSX needs this hardware. OSX is pretty though!

newegg.com has a area for Macs only. i didnt look that thoroughly but there might be some video cards in there. or at least some cool stuff. PCs with Windows might be crap in the eyes of serious computer dudes, but theres a buttload of stuff for em

Oh hell no, i'm a PC guy all the way. This is just a G3 I picked up for $37 at the surplus sale. Got a damn good aperature grill monitor with it as well. Flat, 17" wow! It'* gonna be an MP3 server, and maybe games if i convert it to linux. I have two sweet PCs, one desktop and one laptop.
