Thing is....At 94 and above in a 75 you have the risk for a $1000-$10000 fine, that is if you get convicted of Wreckless Driving.....if you are convicted of wreckless driving you are screwed, but can usually go to court and have it dropped......
Places like rural nevada, idaho, montana, wyoming etc....where there are no towns for 100 miles it is pretty common to see people going a bit faster than the speed limits.

I hate to be the buzzkill here but why bother spending time and money trying to not get pulled over when it comes down to common sense. A cop isn't going to pull you over if you aren't doing anything wrong, so that'* not what we are avoiding.
