Yes it is a Canon.
I'm not using the Canon program at the present time.
Deleting it doesn't cause a problem, I just checked.
The screen doesn't cause any problem and yes it is one click.
The reason I asked is because I have so many of them and I was thinking of deleting them all.

plug in the camera..
Go to My computer
you should see the camera there
open the DICM folder browse pictures.

So many of the ZBThumbnail.info. files. I believe everytime I install a set of pictures onto the pc, it adds one of those files.
