I bought my car off of craigslist, and the thing I hate are the people who say their car "RUNS STRONG!, JUST NEEDS A HEADGASKET/TRANSMISSION/BRAKES!"

Yea i bought my car off craigslist. he said it needed a brakeline thats it. Almost $3000 in parts later, but the motor and tranny on her were perfecto

Ah. I just hate the ads with people saying they have a great car and then theres some major problem with the engine/drivetrain, or a giant dent with potential frame damage that they claim will buff right out. Maybe its a New York thing.

Nope, that happens everywhere ESPEE - I've seen it here too, not too often luckily.
What I always wonder is when people post things like "runs fine, just needs a new timing belt, you can get them cheap, but I don't have the time/money"
Because if its really that cheap to fix... you would think they would just fix it? Except I presume that there are a myriad of other problems
