BTW, I almost bought a house with an inground pool, ENTIRE backyard was POOL, clubhouse and patio, with just some little strips of grass and landscaping, price was actually the same as this one. I chose this one because it was a bigger lot, still had the garage intact, (other one had the 2 car garage converted to additional living) and they let us rent it while we saved up and secured a mortgage. Cant beat terms sometimes

I'll tell you from experience, do not tile your pools!! I've had to retile the same pool twice (I used to do ceramic tile for a living). Unless you are willing to spend ungodly amounts of money on the proper adhesive, chlorine and tile adhesives do not get along well.

Jim the pool is awesome- you are very fortunate.
Crzydmnd72-Whatever you decide on will be great cuz when you are hot you just want to cool off.

BonnevilleClub party eh? Well maybe if some ONTARIO members might shout out...I might put something together but they never post
Back on topic, Glenn sometimes it helps to contact a pool manufacturer and see their above ground options. Also consider building a pool house, it will help protect your machinery etc. I'm sure there a lot of online resources you can get to
