This motherboard only has two PCI'* and they are both used.

ok find out what kinda mother bored you have find the vendors website they should have updates for you there if you dont know that info use http://www.hwinfo.sk/files/hw32_134.exe to find out

Ummm.... There'* another snag. I can't download anything on the 400mhz, It has no network connection, My mom'* 266Mhz has no burner, and the file is larger than a floppy.

I only have 2 pci and 1 isa but I have a 1.1gig PIII, so thats not always true but being a k6-2 its new enough depening on the board

So it'* time for a new Motherboard? I'm pretty sure I can do the physical installation, but i have no idea where i would get on or what I would look for. Also, Would now be a good time for a new processor?

My opinion is to go with a decent Asus Intel board. You can get last years P4 processors for not much more than AMD'* and you will never have hardware compatibility problems.
