I know this was already mentioned, but remember the legal issues if you are seriously considering this! I'm sure in just about any state, getting caught shooting flames on the street (or unauthorized private property) could at the very least get you charged with Reckless Conduct or something similar.
BTW, Pimp My Ride is an awesome show. The funniest part is at the beginning of each show, when the host Xzibit goes through all the broken junk on the car. I'd like to see more classics tho, like the Mustang mentioned in this thread. Check out the online "Ride Pimper" where you can customize a couple of included cars:
