I stayed home all day and worked on the bonnie. A couple years ago, my dad bought me a dvd player for christmas, and he bought it the day after Thanksgiving. He got the last one off the shelf and put it in the cart. A few minutes later, he was turned around doing something, and some lady tuk it right out of the buggy. Crazy people.

I showed up at my local Best Buy at 12:00AM this morning.
I was 39th in line by that point.
Most of us had brought lots of camping equip to keep warm and some had heaters and little camp stoves. I just had a sleeping bag a tarp.. but i brought the entertainment with a serious soundsystem. By 4am (an hour before they opened) there was a line that stretched 3/4 mile down the street and around a hotel.
I didnt even get the computer i wanted.. and i had waited 5 hours in 10* weather for my stuff. But i still ended up leaving with $3000 worth of stuff for me and others.
It was fricken crazy, but seriously fun.

My wife, her sister and her mom go every year. I've gone a few times just for the experience. Last year I got "sent" to walmart since my wife and her gang went to the mall. I got their at 10 of 6 and the line was like 500 yards long by 10 peole wide. I told my 8 year old to run up to the front of the pile and start yelling "dad" like he didnt know where I was . I quickly followed on the other side of the pile yelling "Matt where are you" People gladly parted for a concerned dad and distraught rug rat. We were one of the first ones in, we still brag about that one.
