It almost looks like an icecle broke off a gutter and stabbed it. That obviously can't be the case though.

I've seen that happen before....through the hood of an 96 STS in northern MI. Not a pretty sight!

I'd have gone straight back to the dealer and been like "WTF?"

Looks nice though...window or not.

Yeah looks really nice(except for the window obviously), and a 4.0 also good choice.

Took it back to the dealer and here is how it goes...

The actual repair will be under my insurance sinc it isn't covered under anything in the 30 day coverage. I have $0 deductible glass so itwill cost me, well, $0 to get it fixed. Ths dealership (small independant one) Has given me a rental for free until it'* fixed and it taking care of everything else as well. I just need to report it to the insurance and they will do the rest. Should be fixed my mid afternoon tomorrow if they can get a hold of their glass company first thing in the morning. I'm not too mad or anything, **** happens. Just sux when it is so soon after getting it. Otherwise, that car was so increadibly awesome to drive. Handing and performnce in the crappy weather today was nice (welll, not as nice as my 6.0 and AWD )

No problemo, the 4LV8 was optional not standard but still avaible. The v8 was not very popular though I think most of the auroras I see are 3.5L.
