My current position is a QA testing analyst. I test warehouse management systems for a 3rd party logistics company. When our vendors make a change to their system, I verify it works. I also have done business system analysis with new customers and also support/implementation/EDI activities.
I've been doing this for the last 11 years. I started out driving forklift in one of our warehouses and got offered a job in IT in 1995. All that without a college degree. That won't happen again, they have requirements now for computer degrees.

I am a Paralegal/Administrative Assistant in a very small Law Firm. It'* just me and the Attorney, plus his daughter-in-law does some work out of her home.
We have an intern starting in like two wekks to do some of teh more clerical functions, and I'll be moving into my own office.
I have already gotten a $1 riase in 90 days and I have my own spot in the parking garage. I also get 14 paid holidays. Basically, if the Court House is closed, we are we. So I now love all of those wierd holidays that no one cares about, lilke Flag Day!!
