Yup! LOL. The thing is, The Blazer and the camaro are the only ones paid for. the other two the bank can have in case of an emergency. You never know what life might throw at you, so my dad wants to keep the 93 running right no matter what, even if that means replacing the engine when it goes out. he just wont get rid of it... but he likes his toys... like the 08 and the camaro... the 07 tahoe is what they use for the fam... but they also use the 93...
Parents.... sigh.... first they say your a worthless kid, the next they are braggin to their friends about how his kid diagnosed his problem and got it right the first time... I dont get it.... today, he'* proud of me, tomorrow, well, we shall see what he finds is wrong with my life.... maybe my tattoo again...hmmm

Been there, spent my early adult life gettin tats and raising Cain. Now they call from Florida all the time and tell me how wonderful I am. I guess I mellowed and they tempered. Now I hear kids listenin to rap and industrial trash and I want to shred things. And think...... Wow, and my Dad thought the "Stones" were over the top. Life goes on.

ROFLMAO!!! I was raised on 80'* rock and 90'* rap. Id listen to Twisted sister, the cars, the romantics, cutting crew, Rolling stones, and Dire Streights with my pops, then listen to Ice cube and Doug-E-Fresh in my room and get my pops all worked up! Its funny how when i was living with him, i was sick of all the hair and makeup bands, and now that im outta the house.. its all i wanna listen to...

I think one of the coolest things about life is that as you age, you realize you never stop growing, and you really dont know it all, and that one thing doesnt have to be better than another. Things that seem so important fade away and with new interests, you learn not to let them consume you. I feel blessed that both my Dad and I have lived long enough that things for each of us have gone a full circle and we are at peace with each other.

Im starting to realize that venom. I might be 20, but I can safely say that after what i had to go trough when i was raising 2 children that were not mine and not really having a childhood, I am not the stereotypical 20 year old. I mean, i am knowledgable in my field of work and others, I make friends very easily, and i dont let things get to me anymore. I like to say that everytime I get angry, i lose a little bit of my time here. i am wasting my energy on something that doesnt matter. The world is not gonna stop spinning because something went wrong in your plan. I just deal with it, overcome the obstacle and keep the ball rolling.
Anywho, I dont think anyone wants to hear a 20 year old talk about life, i mean, what does he know, right?
So, Ill wait to see what the gearheads think of the article and hope they add to it or whatever. i hope i can get this on techinfo. And trust me, i got a lot more where that came from. I just gotta figure out how to make it pertain to bonnevilles to be able to post it on tech info instead of General chat. This way, its there with a quick link without having to use the search method.
