Night Time + Tripod + Long Exposure = ...
Well, they're not the best looking pics in the world, but this is the first time I've done long-exposure shots on a tripod.
They've been shrunkified quite a bit, with L-View, which doesn't do the best job, but, it'll do for now. (I had to keep them under 128K for a friend'* forum.)
I'll get better, really...

I really like these, it'* hard to get a good long exposure in a populated area with all the light pollution (my area is next to an observatory so street lights are amber, which makes taking pictures with them nearly impossible unless you go black and white).
I went camping in the middle of nowhere and got these long exposures:
This was a pretty long exposure, considering there were moving subjects that had to stay still
I was rather disappointed in myself, because I neglected to bring the proper equipment for long night exposures.
You should get a flickr or some other type of account to showcase your pictures.

Nice pictures! I like the B&W street scene.
But seriously, no car pics? I've been wanting to try some night-time beauty shots of my car, but I lack a tripod... I'll try anyway, of course, but I don't expect great things.

PS: You could always borrow a tripod, or buy one and then return it the next day. : P
I've been meaning to take some night time shots of my car but I have to find the right place. I'm also building a studio in my garage, which will allow me to take pictures of the car (as well as people/other objects).
