New Years resolutions?

i will become slightly more healthy.
this entails no weight loss, as im at an optimum weight for me, i simply need to exercise. i can actually gain a little weight, and if its not fat, im happy.
target: 180 healthy lbs for my 5'8" frame.
my action plan: my eating and drinking habits will not change. i will work out three times a week before going to bed [it worked for me before, dont fault me for working out before bed] - i will start with a moderate amount of pushups and situps. i will increase the amount of each of these by 5 every week. after one month i will begin using the weight bench once per week (curls, bench, etc) and drop bedside workouts (pushups, situps) to twice a week. i will start with a moderate amount of weight on the bench and increase by 5 lbs every month. after six months i will increase the weight bench to twice a week and bedside workouts will stay at twice a week. i will re-evaluate my choice of exercises and food/drinks every three months.
my reward: every month i will reward myself (so long as i have skipped no workouts for the prior month) by allowing $10 petty cash to be spent any way i choose.
