Well, my one and only goal in life was to own a house by the time I turned 25, well I'm about two weeks short of 23. It actually happened, no more landlord, no more rules against working on cars, finally room for all of my cars and my boat, with no storage fees, finally a yard for my dog. I'm tired of apartments, and other peoples rules, now I can stand on my front porch and give them the finger. It'* not a very big house, but I live in FL, maybe one day I can afford a decent sized house. I close on the 27th, so no more apartment after SEBF!!!

BTW - Only 4 miles from the beach

Awesome looking place! Congrats on the first purchase.

Now, get out there and buy some rental houses! That'* what we've done....been quite lucrative for us.

Awesome job! I think buying a house is one of the smartest things you can do with your money in your mid-20s.
