If you are talking about reviews for power I would say no it would most like not get the best reviews. It has adquate power, I acutal as far reviews I have bit rare one must 2.4 hav awd which slow them down. I am just fwd which as of yet I have not seen 0 to 60 time or quarter mile time. With 2.4l motor But as far saftey concered my car does pretty good. As for reilabley to accrod to consumer report it most parts it did pretty good. So yes I did do my homework on the car. Oh and it does drive more like suv then car. Aslo it has little bit to much front brake in it. Unless you are use to the brakes this car stop suddenly. Like I siad if they added some more rear brake to car it would have very good ride. As for nosie this car only get nosie around 4200 on up and then you car really hear that v4 under that hood, but for normal driving it is actual quiet ride. THis car has huge muffler it about 1/4 to 1/2 sixe bigger then my 92 bonneville muffler, Then has smaller one little further back in the exhaust.

Not really any mods would void the warranty. But I going to run moblie 1 though it, then when plug needs to be replace put in some really good ones. Mabey when the warranty done put in turbo kit, k& n cold air intake. Need to start up my Caliber site

really the motor is pretty much the same as was is neon except now it variable value timing. I was think of using a turbo from neon ,but by the time I put they should have for calber. and if really wanted to get into their is enoughroom engine bay to put parent 3.8 from grand carvan it would be little tight by it think it would work. It makes 270 hp not sure about the torque but beleive that is 240.
