My New Pad
An Important Decision had to be made.
Get a ghetto house and have $100 left over (each) every month for mods or get a nice place.
I chose the second option.
As some may recall I lived in an older place before, built in the 50'*. the street was getting busier and busier. So busy, that Billboost37 would NOT sit in the center of the street for a photo.
Yeah....I dont know about this neighbor'* car...Someone should help a fellow old lady out.
I'm happy with it.

However I may have to install a swamp cooler. In this desert climate where 10% humidity is ther norm, they are extremely effective and low cost.
