I'm suprised you didn't do any mods on the new one. There are always mods that can be done.

Got a buddy whose father is a professional painter/sign maker type thing so we may get it painted up with something badass like a pats logo on it or something. Still considering what else to do.

need to make adjustable vents in the top and bottom so you can control the heat.

Not sure what I could do to mod a store bought grill, unfortunately. And if you're referring to the gas grill that came with the house, what'* the sense in modding it? It'* just a gas grill, after all...

What I want to do is get the money together to build a brick BBQ pit in the yard...
