the cow was probably old and slow too, thats why it wasnt able to get away from the swinging blades of death.

i believe his dinner was probably made out of a cow. the particular cow he picutred had udders, and there are so many udder jokes about udders, we took it and ran with it like a mildly retarded child with a kite. made out of lead.

I splurged, went down to the buthcer shop, and got a couple of HUGE rib-eyes!! I ate all of mine. The Missus ate maybe a third of hers. I loolked at her leftovers, said "You gonna eat that?" She asked "Are you gonna get sick?" I said "Prob'ly. You gonna eat that?" I did end up a little light headed....

And tonight or tomorrow, I'm barbequeing a brisket.

$52 butcher shop bill and two to three excellent meals....

Rib eyes are okay but I would prefer porterhouse or t-bone. I would just eat the steak and nothing else. Yummy!!!

I prefer the boneless cuts.

And that'* all we had that night was steak.

The brisket turned out pretty good, considering I decided to try it on the gas grill. The meat itself sat with the rub on it for about 36 hours. I put a pie pan full of water and mesquite chips on the rocks, made sure it was hovering at around 300 degrees, and went to the movies. 3 1/2 hours later, yummy, yummy brisket!!!
