In Newfoundland there is a town called *****.....
<back on toptic>
Still nothing from the insurance.... they want kyle to draw diagrams and have them faxed in. Our insurance pays for a rental, my folks got a Buick Regal, for the first night from the dealership. They are out right now trying to find a Bonneville as the rental.

What'* wrong with the Regal? It'* still got a 3800 right? Just get them a new bonneville instead of an envoy. You seen the new Envoy with the power roof and midgate kinda like an avalanche?

The Regal is nice, but its lacking in that raw aggressivness that the Bonne has. My buddy has a Regal and he can't wait for the warranty to trick it out.
If there is a North American truck that I like the best...its the new Envoy/Trailblazer. Gotta love inline 6'*

Well when my folks purchased a 2000 Jimmy... they brought it home.. washed it... and it wouldn't start.....
The dealership couldn't get the part in for over a week... so they loaned them a 2000 SSEi. Mom fell in love w/ that car. The only reason they don't own a Bonnie now, it because they need something to haul Rommel around in (120lbs German Shepard).
So mom really wants a Bonneville, if she can't have her Envoy.

Heh, styling aside, I'd go with the Honda Pilot. Less ponies yet comparable performance... cheaper... in a comparison, parts for a Pilot are lightyears cheaper... would you rather a $300 Pilot front fender or a $600 Envoy fender? $200 Pilot alternator or $500 Envoy alternator? These aren't exact numbers, but the differences are there
But the Envoy is a badass ride nevertheless. Tows more too, I reckon

Did you honestly just compare an Envoy to a pilot. One is a truck that is very capable offroad, and the other is a jacked up accord with more plastic then an aztec.... The GMC will take any abuse you dish at it, and is a nice luxury vehicle, while the pilot is well, a honda. You must not have seen the twin turbo Trailblazer in Car and Driver... Chevy is making a Trailblazer SS, but not a Twin Turbo, V8 baby! It'* fast..
