My Bank Says I'm overdrafted by $160+.....
Ok, Right now I'm mad as hell at my bank right now.
If any of u read my thread about my tire being piereced again. After I paid it I checked my balance online and said it was overdrawn by $10.26. So I get $10.35 and deposited it. which made my balance a meager $0.09 cents. and I've never used it since. But just a few minutes ago I checked and my balance is NEGATIVE $165.41 with 5 overdrafts being $155 alone.
But.
ALL of those purchases we're made BEFORE the 19th. My balance (Ledger and Available was all in check before this happened. So some error happened on the banks end and I should not have to pay the stupid overdrafts.
What do I do?

It soounds like there wasn't enough to cover the original check, cha-ching : theres one ovrdraft which put you in the hole. Notice the check still hasn't been cashed yet.
They try to cash it 4 more times (5 is the max allowed I beleive) and you get hit for the rest of the fees.
Sounds like you won't be getting out of it... :(

Sometimes there can be debit charges pending, things that take a few days to complete, even if you purchased something say on the 17th, it might not complete until the 19th.

You can probably get them to take off the fee if you're nice about it, but it looks like you weren't keeping track of your money. Even without the fees, you overdrafted your account. Ultimately, you're responsible for keeping your ledger, the service they provide online is more of a security and convenience service. Most banks will tell you it'* not always up to date and that pending transactions on your debit card (especially if you use it as a credit card) can take up to a week to go through.
