Meet my first member
Well, like the thread says, I meet my first member.
Popatim was in my area and stopped by for a short while.
Have to give him a big thanks for the ride home from work, and for the router. Now the missus and I can both be on at the same time.
(Now I can give Boosty a hard time even more often. )
Oh yeah, why was Tim in my area.....I ain't tellin

I love being to be able to use a computer at the same time as the missus, not having to wait for her to finish spending all of our money on eBay.
Actuallu, though, I had a small mishap and I am still at one computer for the moment.
I ran the cable across the floor just to make sure it worked. Then I put a hole in the floor dropped the cord into the basement. Went to put it back up through the floor to the other puter and it was too short.
So, I go to pull it back up through the floor to try something else, and it got stuck and teh end came off. So now I am stuck until I can get to a store to get a new cable.
Man, not having a car is really a pain.

Yeah, an ethernet cable.
I was looking at probable a 25 footer. Rather it be too big than too small, plus would give me some more options if I should decide to rearrange later.
