Around here the only choice for E0 is closer to the lakes. It sucks too for my bike. I've started running Sta-Bil Ethanol treatment in the bike all the time plus a normal fuel system cleaner every 1k. The car/truck get a fuel system cleaner every 3k with a Seafoam in the vacuum line every oil change. Seems to be keeping the mpgs in check and helping to not destroy the fuel systems.

CNG sucks, propane is the way to go for an alt fuel right now.
Jasper sells an awesome plug and play kit that retails for $7500. I saw a demo of it and my mind was blown.

diesel seems like a better option, propane is 2.50 to 4 here and gas is 3.60. thats not a lot when you have to pay the conversion and you are loosing mileage.
diesel here though seems to be disproportionately high compared to other areas for some reason.

You don't lose any MPG with propane. The city of Atlanta has converted all of their cars to be dual-fuel. They run on gasoline OR propane, but not both at the same time. Their cars get the same MPG no matter what fuel is being used.
The demo car I saw was a Crown Vic, with a propane tank in the back, and the plug and play system installed. The car starts on the manufactures gasoline system, then when it'* most beneficial it switches to propane. Car runs and sounds the same, just smells different since less emissions. Car got 20ish MPG on gas and the same on propane.
Now, like I said, this kit retails for $7,500. The dude told us though that if we were interested to call him directly to get some sort of student discount. I'm thinking about it on my truck to effectively double my highway mileage, if not better, using a 30 gal tank mounted in the bed.
