Looking for a certain .NES rom for a NES emulator.
I am looking for a VERY hard to find NES rom. If you know what I am talking about, then you will be able to help me. I am looking for the NES rom called Super Mario 2 (Japan), also known as Super Mario: The Lost Levels. I already have it for my SNES emulator on the All Stars ROM, but want it for NES. So if anyone knows where I can find it, let me know. Thanks!

Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels Deluxe:

Here'* one, but it has a disclaimer:

I guess you came here for the Rom, so here it is: download. Since the game was only designed for the Japanese Nes (aka Famicom), you also need to extract the file disksys.rom in your rom folder: it works as an adapter. It'* all included in the zip, just don't forget to unzip both files. On startup, you will get a few seconds of black screen. It'* normal.
WARNING: Playing this makes my computer quite unstable (something to do with the Nes/Famicom rom adapter, no doubt)... There'* absolutely nothing a good reboot won't fix, but you've been warned... Save everything that must be saved before you try to play, in case it makes you crash
Here'* another one. It also comes with Doki Doki:

And this one says to put the disksys.rom in the emulator folder?? Don't know which is right, but it shouldn't be too hard to try both

hmmm...it'* been so long since I messed around with roms and emulators. For the heck of it, did you try just changing the extension on the rom files? It probably won't work, but stranger things have happened.
