51mph = 82 km/h ( used for in town hwy'* for us)
So she was going almost 30km/h over the limit, H*** yeah she should have been stopped, lol.

25 mph for residentials
35 mph for in town big streets and business districts
45 mph for some streets and small highways
55 mph for bigger highways, but not interstates
65 mph for interstates while close to city limits, or in hazerdous area <like las cruces to el paso>
75 mph for open interstate

Great example of why police officers deserve to be paid well, I'd have backhanded her real quick. Seriously... You're being arrested, You don't have time to call people.

i would have tazered her too. just for being a smart ***. then done it again for not listening. then again for making a big deal out of the electrical shock. then a few more times for good measure.

now on to the video.
alright, that happen here in south florida couple cities from me, that cop was right in everything that he did UP intil he tased her the second time. once was enough and she did deserve it. cops just need to learn how to talk to people also. but again I'd probably do the same thing if she was going to swing at myself or my partner. lets also remember folks...thats 50,000 volts going into your body for 5-10 seconds....not fun...hurts.
