That shouldn't matter much. Most of the options you have include admitting guilt and pleading for a lesser sentence. "Yes I was speeding but I believe I have learned my lessons. Even having to come here today was enough of an inconvenience to warrant keeping my speed at or below the limit. blah blah blah, I would ask that my sentence be reduced to community service blah blah I need my car to get to and from work blah blah my wife doesn't drive and I have to support my household blah blah" you get the idea.

You probably should've gone the 'lawyer route'and maybe you could have kept your liscense with a "just to drive to and from workplace" stipulation(I've seen it done),......you've always got to remember a drivers liscense is considered a 'privilege'..and not a 'right',.....abuse the privilege a couple of times in a short period of time(especially if you are at a young age)and many, many Judges will yank your privilege and give you some time to think over they manner in which you operate a motor vehicle,.....Not trying to be a b**l-breaker,....just trying to give you some/a perspective on your situation.

Man, that sucks. The same thing happened to my husband years ago. New Hampshire had a new law that any moving violation given to someone under the age of twenty would cause them to lose their license for 90 days...any after that would be for a year! Luckily, he only had one...I don't know what we would have done without his license for a whole year!
