Great house-to-be! 'Fraid i have to show my jealously. I set up on-site office systems for Tolll Bros, Orleans and some local builders at their new construction sites. You couldn't get near a new construction like that for less than $300- 350,000 in this area. Good on!

I have never seen that type of foundation, i have heard about it but never seen it., so far i have only layed out one residence with that,...in Williamsburg Va. the county likes to want to keep things "Colonial" looking, as in brick....which i like...cuz it looks cool....and the Big Bad Wolf (or hurricane) cant blow it down

This was done the last two days. The stack of walls was delivered today. I would have gotten closer, but the lawn was pure mud, and I was wearing my work shoes.
