Great house-to-be! 'Fraid i have to show my jealously. I set up on-site office systems for Tolll Bros, Orleans and some local builders at their new construction sites. You couldn't get near a new construction like that for less than $300- 350,000 in this area. Good on!

Also, I was relieved.... based on yout thread title... I was afraid it was going to be photos of your hemmoroids operation.

I have never seen that type of foundation, i have heard about it but never seen it., so far i have only layed out one residence with that,...in Williamsburg Va. the county likes to want to keep things "Colonial" looking, as in brick....which i like...cuz it looks cool....and the Big Bad Wolf (or hurricane) cant blow it down

Just going by the title of this thread, I skipped to page two and quickly clicked "post reply" before anything could load. I just want to say, you're a sick sick man with your thread title....

Progress!!! What did you think I meant?

This was done the last two days. The stack of walls was delivered today. I would have gotten closer, but the lawn was pure mud, and I was wearing my work shoes.

You guessed it. I put down the most I could afford while I could. That way even durung hard times me or my G/F could afford the bills ourselves if one lost work etc.

I would never get one of those interest only loans. My loan interest is 30 year fixed at 6% house before fees was $245,000 put down %70 to keep expenses low.
