Wow, amazing...I live in california, houses are slapped onto the ground as cheaply as possibly, and you pay muuuch more for a house like that. Congratulations on the house!

Little update, not much done recently, the same crew is trying to build several houses right now. They've poured the basement and garage floors, and the floor joists were delivered this morning. The sump pump tube had fallen out of its pipe, so it was just recirculating several days of rain, so we have a pool right now.
And what it will look like when it is done. We will have different brick and/or siding colors.
