I betcha they will think better next time to strap that kid in better. That is unless the judge takes the kid away and puts the parents in jail.

That is wonderful that the child survived...unbelievable.. that semi just cleared the child.
Considering the road'* weather conditions...
IF the truck where recording was made was doing 55-60 mph....
How fast was parents SUV travelling when it passed the truck then impacted the other rig?
Stuipid, to even attempt it considering the narrow margin of error/conditions.
Probably all season worn radials to boot.
Parents= Complete Failures.
