I'm addicted too. first thing in the morning at school I log on at 8 AM and refresh constantly always checking it until I leave at 12:30. Then i come home and check it about every 20 minutes until I go to bed if I don't have to work. :( I'd have to say that the internet has ruined my life. :(

I'm usually on around 4:30 A.M. and check my email for replies and then I check in after I get home from work and on at least an hour before I go to bed
