hehehe i found when you drop the clutch at 6 grand on an ecotec it smokes them BOTH nicely..

oh, and if i were you..i'd swap tails from that (With that bar across back.. looks like an escort ) to az 2000-2002 style tail light set (inner/outer)
it'll look 10X better

2 co-workers were having a little rivalry.
one had a cobalt with the 2.2 ecotec, and the other had a 99 civic hatchback with a v-tec mated to a 5 speed. ecotec jumped the honda, but thats about it.
btw, if you are gonna do your own oil change, get a 32mm 6 point socket for your oil filter cap

Actually I think the newer cavaliers looked alot nicer than even the 2000+ did. Ecotechs are really nice motors too. Had one in the saturn. I had the 5 speed auto though.
